St. Patrick’s day is my sister and her husbands anniversary. So this year, their 10 year, they had their vows renewed. It was a very nice afternoon and everyone looked so good. After the ceremony, mom took us to Fogo de Chao (spelling?) on the plaza. It is a Brazilian Steakhouse. They have an amazing salad bar with fancy stuff like salmon, cheeses, olives and fancy potato salads. Then at the table you have a coaster looking thing that is red on one side and green on the other. If the green side is up they come around with different meats and stop at your plate and offer you what ever it is they have. The meat they had were, Parmesan crusted pork, bacon wrapped chicken, fillet Mignon (spelling again?), leg of lamb, bacon wrapped steak, garlic steak, lamb chops, pork sausage, prime rib, house special (can’t remember what it was but it was delicious) and more. It was So good. Then they also served family style fancy mashed potatoes, fried bananas and plantains. They also brought special stuff for Thomas and Caitlin like bananas and strawberries with whipped topping and a chocolate milk that tasted like it had hazelnut in it. We all ate way too much.
What a great night.
As I get more pictures I will post more but here is Caitlin with her Mimi and a picture of the dollie I made for the unity candle. My first one ever.
